Position: HR Ops/Admin

Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite & Hybrid)

Duration: Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description:

  • Undergraduate or graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar careers
  • Experience in HR or Administration jobs
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, motivational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively interact in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
  • The ability to provide quality customer service
  • Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running background checks and keeping track of them
  • Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates
  • Communication with the recruiting team and HR manager throughout the process and providing timely updates
  • Ensure candidate and new hire engagement during the onboarding process by providing progress updates and support through effective communication
  • Be able to quickly learn and understand company policies and processes to be able to support
  • Employee requests related to the project
  • Focus on a high level of customer satisfaction through soliciting stakeholder feedback and timely follow-up
