Description

Robert Half has partnered with a client in Pompano Beach, FL seeking a diligent and meticulous HR Recruiter. You will be expected to undertake a variety of tasks, including conducting pre-screening assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. This role is in the telecom provider industry and will require a good understanding of the hiring processes, corporate recruiting, and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and assist callers with general inquiries
  • Greet visitors to the office and guide them to their respective appointments
  • Sort and deliver all incoming mail and post outgoing mail and packages
  • Process employment verifications and rehire eligibility requests as needed
  • Conduct pre-screening assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Communicate interview details to candidates, including interview schedules, processes, and necessary preparation information
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and prepared for interviews
  • Extend formal offer letters to successful candidates, outlining terms and conditions of employment, and relevant policies
  • Prepare selected candidates for the next steps in the hiring process
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned, in line with the job function and industry standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR recruiting or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of corporate recruiting strategies
  • Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Experience in executing background checks in compliance with applicable laws
  • Strong documentation skills to maintain records of recruitment processes
  • Experience with CareerBuilder or similar recruitment tools
