$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About this role:

The Senior Analyst, Human Capital Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human capital processes. This role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison with PEO, ERP, other HC vendors. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the Human Capital Lead and USSA Management as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee Records and HRIS:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.

Benefits Administration:

  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support the annual benefits open enrollment process.

HC Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HC team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of HC policies and procedures.
  • Manage HC-related correspondence, including employee inquiries and communications.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations issues by providing information and guidance as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of HC reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Conduct audits of HC processes and recommend improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate with business units, executives, and staff members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline processes.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to exercise independent and informed judgment, knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

  • Experience in Workday preferred

The base pay range for this position is $60,000-$90,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
