Human Resource Intern

Position Overview:
As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into various aspects of human resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.
Help address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to HR managers as needed.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
Support the implementation of employee development plans and performance management processes.
Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as conducting research on industry best practices or assisting with HR analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to learn about HR practices specific to this sector.
