Human Resources Director

About the Role:

Reporting to a Managing Director, the successful candidate will partner with plant and HR leadership across several manufacturing locations to drive cultural and business improvements. This is a highly visible position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Function as a member of senior management team setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
• Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
• Identify high-performing, high potential individuals to help build plant bench strength and succession planning
• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting and retaining a talented and skilled workforce
• Lead and execute programs through local leadership and the Human Resources Managers that builds and sustains a culture of high employee engagement and sense of belonging
• Research and identify strategic opportunities that positions compensation programs and practices as a competitive advantage
• Partner with senior operational management on the development and implementation of employee communications plans and programs across the operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree
• Ideally 10+ years’ of experience in challenging senior HR positions with deep knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Human Resources experience supporting in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to travel 35%, occasionally internationally

Total Compensation:

• $150,000 - $200,000+
