Job Description: HR Director
Location: Indianapolis/ Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent / Reports to: CEO
Evolve Transporters is a high-end custom fabrication with locations near Cleveland, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. Our clients are some of the world's biggest motorsport teams and brands, for which we assist in designing, fabricating, and servicing Transporters. We have a sharp focus on client satisfaction and a desire for continued innovation.
Job Purpose: As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of both our Indianapolis and Ohio locations. You will lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will bring new ideas, energy, and the ability to execute a strategic vision for growth.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Use proactive sourcing methods and ensure an excellent candidate & new hire experience.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth across multiple locations. Bring your new ideas!
Training: Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills in both locations. Develop programs to capture and share knowledge from experienced team members.
HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR activities including compliance, compensation, recruiting, and the team that assists with payroll & benefits administration.
Change Management: Guide the organization through periods of change and transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems to drive performance and career & skills development across teams.
Qualifications:
Well-rounded Background: 7+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple disciplines (recruiting, compliance, strategy, etc.), preferably in a high-growth environment. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in human resources management is preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies in multiple locations.
Technology: Experience working within and building out an HRIS system.
Community-oriented: Active participant in the HR and surrounding business communities.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities with the ability to INSPIRE and build a high-performing team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven HR decisions.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
