Job Summary

Add value to the company by reviewing and updating Job Descriptions and create related Job Resource documents based on Director and staff feedback. Also responsible for updating required HR training files and related communications including onboarding sessions outlines and other HR related documents.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Serve as a member of the HR Team in accordance with our core values.
  • Perform all regular duties associated with the internship position in a professional manner.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all company employees
  • Review Job Titles across all company platforms and documents and update for consistency
  • Update and maintain Master Job Descriptions in accordance with the organizational chart
  • Develop internal Job Resource documents
  • Work with staff to ensure all Internal Directories are updated and posted where needed.
  • Update and manage position titles in Paycom in accordance with the organizational chart
  • Update and maintain Master Contact list job titles in accordance with the organizational chart
  • Coordinate meetings with staff to gather information regarding work processes and policies
  • Miscellaneous HR projects. Examples include, but are not limited to, updating training video portals on You Tube
  • Be available for employee feedback and concerns regarding Job Descriptions and Job Resource documents
  • Any other tasks that are relevant to the field and of benefit to the company

  • Demonstrate winning Co-worker Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to multitask and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all HR related matters
  • Professionalism

Formal Qualifications

  • None Required

Professional Experience

  • Currently enrolled in the Business school at Texas A&M University or have other relevant HR related class work or real work experience
