Human Resources Intern

tesa is a leading manufacturer of pressure-sensitive adhesives serving various industries around the world with an exciting opportunity to gain experience and exposure to all areas within the HR field!
We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN to join our HR group at Sparta manufacturing facility! Some of the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding: Helping with new hire orientation, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration: Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including answering employee questions, processing paperwork, and maintaining HR databases.
Employee Engagement: Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Project Assistance: Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, providing research support, and helping with data analysis and reporting.
General Support: Performing other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
You must be enrolled into a higher education program with an emphasis in HR to be considered for this position.
