Position Overview
As a Human Resources Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the dynamic needs of our workforce. We are looking for someone who can build strong connections with people and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to managers on HR-related matters.
Manage recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Policies And Procedures
Recommend and implement efficient HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies and best practices.
Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
Payroll And Benefits
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and manage employee benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
General Responsibilities
Maintain organized HR documentation and ensure legal compliance.
Support company activities and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements
On-site position at our Monroe, CT office, with remote work on Wednesdays.
