Responsibilities:
This position involves utilizing company-provided vehicles and tools, as well as running service calls solo. Because of this, we do require that you have a clean driving record and an active Oklahoma license
Our residential service calls involve maintenance tune-ups, diagnosing client issues, and performing any necessary repairs or replacements
We perform more residential work, with some light commercial
A professional installation technician is expected to be able to identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time, provide feedback/suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others on ways to improve quality and reduce costs, and to collect any payments as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of experience
Experience in running residential specific service calls
Customer focused with very good communication skills
