We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD.
Duties:
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment
Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair
Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Requirements:
CA Driver's License
Own a reliable truck or van
Experience Troubleshooting and Repairing various HVAC Systems
EPA Certification for HVAC tech is a must
1 year of service or 2 years of Install/preventative maintenance Experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Available after hours or weekends for emergencies
