Welcome to 3B Entertainment. 🚀

TH3RD BRAIN is an innovative entertainment company specializing in the development and marketing of recording artists. We have launched multiple platinum and Grammy-nominated artists, including ZHU, Gallant, and Grace VanderWaal, the winner of America's Got Talent. Most recently, we are the team behind the meteoric rise of Zerb, the Brazilian DJ and producer known for the worldwide viral records "Mwaki" and “Addicted," a collaboration with The Chainsmokers.

TH3RD BRAIN has been recognized for our forward-thinking approach and our next venture is no exception. We are rebranding as 3B Entertainment and launching the First Generation of A-Pop, where American performers will develop in a K-Pop style training system.

We aim to inspire, instill confidence, and bring out the best in our performers through the creation of high-quality entertainment with a fan-first approach.

Our Core Values 🤝

  1. Create Together: We achieve more together than alone (1+1=3). Everyone’s role is important, and clear communication is key. If unsure, ask for clarity.
  2. Think Big Picture: Always keep the team’s goals in mind. Consider how your actions today impact the company’s future and your career growth.
  3. Be Solution-Oriented: Don’t just highlight problems—bring solutions. Focus on how to move forward.
  4. Control What You Can: Focus your energy on what you can influence, and don’t get bogged down by things beyond your control.
  5. Be the Master of the Facts : Know your role inside out and communicate effectively. You are the expert in your area.
  6. Presume Positive Intent: Assume positive intentions and ask questions to understand others. Inquiry leads to better outcomes than advocacy.
  7. Close Mouth Doesn’t Get Fed: Speak up if you have questions or when you have ideas, needs, or concerns. Proactively communicate to ensure your voice is heard and opportunities aren’t missed. Make big asks internally and externally to move your projects and the business forward.

🚫**If this doesn’t resonate with you, then DON'T apply. We’re looking for high achievers ONLY**🚫
