IATF 16949 Lead Auditor

X4 Life Sciences are delighted to be continuing our work with a rapidly expanding US-based Certification Body looking for an IATF 16949 Lead Auditor to join the team as soon as possible.

This role will be remote in the USA with 75% domestic travel to Automotive manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to Lead Auditor status in multiple management systems standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and qualified to the latest version of the standard.

IATF 16949 Lead Auditor – Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Perform 3rd party ISO / IATF 16949 audits for North America clients
• Document and report audit activities and findings
• Planning and conducting on site audits at Automotive Manufacturing clients
• Ability to maintain 75% domestic travel to Automotive manufacturing sites
• Salary - Up to $130,000 base salary

Education & Skills Required

• Qualified Lead Auditor Accredited scheme against IATF 16949
• Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949
• 3+ years' practical experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management activities within the Automotive manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
