We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IIoT Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative IIoT solutions for our clients in the manufacturing sector. You will have the opportunity to work directly with customers, understand their unique needs, and design customized solutions that optimize their operations and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to assess their manufacturing challenges and identify opportunities for IIoT implementation.
Design, develop, and deploy robust IIoT solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure.
Work with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers.
Conduct research and stay current on the latest IIoT trends and technologies.
Travel occasionally to customer sites for on-site support and implementation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of IIoT concepts, protocols, and applications.
Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with common IIoT hardware components (e.g., sensors, actuators, gateways)
