From overseeing the implementation of new clients, products, and services to managing client relationships for all our accounts, the Client Success Team focuses endlessly on looking for ways to satisfy every single client’s need! As part of the Implementation Team you’ll be ensuring that all implementation aspects regarding new clients, products and services are tracked and delivered.

As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the Client Implementations team as new clients are onboarded for Abarca's services! You will partner with the Implementation Managers to manage multiple lines of business, from Commercial to Medicaid and others. You will contribute to special projects related to new and current clients, identifying key areas for process improvements, benefits tinkering, and system enhancements.

The fundamentals for the job…

  • Provide support within Client Implementation Team, managing CRM deliverables per area/client, project status reporting, and agenda development, among other tasks. Use dashboards and reports to track client or internal agreed-upon SLAs and report them to Implementation Managers.
  • Prepare and/or request client reports from other departments within Abarca.
  • Generate and analyze reports to make recommendations internally and to clients as well as proactively identify any issues with output content.
  • Facilitate and promote continuous process improvement and total quality management within the Implementation area.
  • Direct and coordinate resources across multiple internal functional areas, oversee implementation deliverables, and be responsible for client on-time solution delivery.
  • Ensure that factual, timely, and quality implementation tracking, analysis, reporting, and communication strategies are employed using established policies and procedures.
  • Be proactive at managing client expectations and performance guarantee commitments by partnering with all internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, communicating improvements and feature requests to the product team for prioritization.
  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards, implementations, and team performance measurements.
  • Responsible for managing communications on implementation status across client and internal teams.
  • Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements, including documenting, and communicating test results as requested.

What You’re Made Of

The bold requirements…

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related area (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
  • 1+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or PBM industry experience.
  • Experience with operational and implementation processes and procedures.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex client issues.
  • Must be willing to travel (35% of time) per year (in state or out of state).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • We are proud to offer a flexible hybrid work model which will require certain on-site work days (Puerto Rico Location Only).
  • This position requires availability to work in a specified time zone, accommodating the business needs of our clients and team members based in the determined time zone.

Physical requirements…

  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
