Talium Advisors is searching for an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for working with external clients throughout the new implementation process.
Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials
Receives, uploads, and validates client data
Configures features, lists, user role permissions, menus, and document options
Assists with end-user training (or creating training videos)
Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract
Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation
Escalates concerns or issues as appropriate
Basic Qualifications
Experience with the MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
