This is a great opportunity to join a growing PE-backed company as an Assistant General Counsel.


The ideal attorney will have experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy law. You must be familiar with healthcare regulations, privacy, and ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy and healthcare laws.


Lawyers must be admitted to practice law in at least one state. This position can be remote or hybrid.


This position pays a base salary plus up to 20% bonus.
