My client in the Professional Training and coaching industry is looking for an inbound sales representative to join their growing team in the US. They have a large European presence and are looking for a hungry sales rep to help be a part of their expansion into the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to explore new avenues for business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. *Must be in CST or EST time zone

*Base Salary $55,000, no commission


Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement and Qualification:

. Proactively reach out to leads in the CRM database to gather additional information and assess their needs.

. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize sales & marketing efforts.

. Keep detailed records of all interactions and information gathered.


Sales Funnel Management:

. Guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure.

. Identify and address potential obstacles in the sales process.


Deal Closure:

. Present PCM’s value proposition clearly and compellingly to potential clients.

. Develop and implement effective closing strategies to convert leads into clients.


CRM Optimization:

. Manage and optimize Zoho Bigin CRM on a daily basis.

. Use CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

. Provide feedback on CRM processes to enhance lead management and conversion rates.


Collaboration and Reporting:

. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent approach to lead management and deal closure.

. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and CRM management.


Qualifications and skills


Sales and Lead Generation Skills:

. Experience in inside sales and lead generation, preferably in the training and coaching industry.

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Communication Skills:

. Believe in PCM and adaptive communication.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.


Organizational and Time-Management Skills:

. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.


Team Spirit and Independence:

. Ability to work independently and remotely with a team spirit.

. Adaptability and Curiosity

. Intellectual capacity to become an expert in a matter of weeks and the curiosity to keep learning for years to come.
