Position Summary

We are seeking an on-site dedicated and experienced Incidents Manager to oversee a team of 40-50 professionals. This role involves managing and directing incident response and resolution processes to ensure effective handling of customer-reported incidents. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, optimizing incident management processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40-50 incident management professionals. Promote a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Incident Management Oversee the end-to-end incident management process, from detection and assessment to resolution and closure. Ensure timely and effective handling of customer-reported incidents.
  • Process Optimization Develop, implement, and continuously improve incident management processes and procedures. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Customer Communication Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding incident status, resolution progress, and any potential impacts.
  • Performance Monitoring Monitor and analyze incident metrics and performance indicators. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on incident trends, team performance, and improvement areas.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address and resolve incidents effectively. Facilitate coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Training and Development Identify training needs and provide guidance and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Escalation Management Manage escalated incidents and ensure appropriate escalation procedures are followed. Address high-priority and critical incidents with urgency.
  • Compliance Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to incident management.
  • Technology .Net C# , Java, python, JS, Azure cloud services , Azure stack ,NoSQL include MongoDB, Apache CouchDB, and Azure Cosmos DB (not mandatory but good to have).


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer since.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ICM/CRI management or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Microsoft Project experience is a big plus.
  • Strong technical skillsets are also required, .Net C# , Java, python, JS, Azure cloud services , Azure stack ,NoSQL include MongoDB, Apache CouchDB, and Azure Cosmos DB (not mandatory but good to have).
  • Proficiency in Indident Management tools and systems
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards in Incident Management

  • A competitive pay range of $135,000-150,000 (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
