Indirect Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager - Indirect. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization in a newly created role as Procurement Manager and help shape the organization’s future approach to procurement strategy. This role collaborates with all departments in HQ to create and deliver the procurement strategy which supports vendor relationships and delivers value to the P&L.

Main Responsibilities:

· Strategically develop procurement processes, guidelines, and policies

· Drive the annual procurement planning process.

· Incorporate category trends both internally and externally to prioritize focus areas.

· Drives regular review process to ensure the procurement strategy is meeting business needs.

· Implementing best-in-class vendor management processes, create scorecards and KPI tracking, lead periodic vendor reviews.

· Manage end-to-end RFQ processes and work with cross functional teams to select vendors that are the right fit and align to our core business goals and values.

· Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

· Identify and mitigate risks across our supply base.

· Recommend and implement systems needed to support the procurement strategy.

· Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

· Build and shape a best-in-class procurement team for the future.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field)

· 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience in roles across multiple indirect categories/CPG industry experience a ++

· Ability to build relationships across all levels of seniority within multiple departments both internally and externally.

· Experience with ERP system such as SAP preferred.
