Title: Indirect Procurement Manager

Salary: $90,000- $105,000

Location: New York, NY

Company Profile: One of the leading global cosmetic organizations is looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing, IT, and Digital services for all the Americas locations. The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for a large amount of regional spend and strategy development efforts.

The Indirect Procurement Manager Will Be Responsible for the Following:

• Manage category segmentation and strategies for all materials.
• Responsible for RFX efforts, and any negotiation agreements.
• Supporting supplier partnerships, through developing alternative suppliers, materials, and category innovation.
• Execute annual cost savings, cash improvements, and the use of appropriate KPI’s.
• Monitoring primary feed stock’s historical performance and predicting future price changes, while adjusting the plan when necessary.

The Indirect Procurement Manager Should Have the Following Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
• Around 2-5 years of experience within a procurement tool using environment (SAP, Ariba etc.).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience operating in a procurement role, preferably in the cosmetic or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Functions, Linkage, payment terms, and supplier audit requirements.
• Understanding of commodity markets and material cost modeling.
