What You'll Do:
Keep packaging equipment in peak condition by adhering to and maintaining a thorough maintenance schedule.
Tackle repairs on filling and assembly lines, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to interpret system error messages.
Ensure the smooth operation of facilities, including doors, dock levelers, lights, sinks, drains, and more.
Maintain roasting equipment, bag slitters, pallet lifters, and other critical machinery to guarantee optimal performance.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of industrial maintenance technician experience – within industrial food production is a plus
Confidently handle accurate data entry within company CMMS and access machine manuals electronically.
Passion for embracing new challenges, learning new skills, and solving problems with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to adapt to working weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime to keep our operations running smoothly.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
