Summary
The Influencer and Partnership Manager will support our Senior Director of Consumer Marketing in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and managing key partnerships to drive brand engagement, awareness and sales across our full portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the influencer community and experience in forging strategy partnerships that align with our brand values and business objectives.

Compensation Range: $92,800.00 - $139,200.00, plus bonus.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data driven influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and engagement
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers and partners to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Source and develop strategic partnerships with complementary brands, retailers, and organizations to expand brand reach and achieve marketing objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social media teams to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative) to develop engaging content for influencer campaigns
- Manage influencer and partnership budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-efficiency
- Oversee influencer gifting, product seeding, and outreach programs
- Monitor and respond to influencer and partner inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships, preferably within the CPG industry
- Proven experience as an Influencer or Partnership Manager in the CPG industry or related field
- Strong network of influencers and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and content creation best practices
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Passion for brands and a keen understanding of consumer trends
