Key Responsibilities:
KOL Marketing: Lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing and affiliate marketing efforts for our AI-driven educational products.
KOL Identification: Identify high-potential KOLs based on user persona and product features. Evaluate the effectiveness of KOL collaborations based on data analytics and optimize KOL selection methodologies for cost-efficiency and impact.
Negotiation & Execution: Engage and negotiate with KOLs, ensuring effective communication and execution of UGC (User Generated Content) creation and publication. Design and refine incentive mechanisms to enhance KOL cooperation efficiency and output.
UGC Scriptwriting: Craft compelling short video UGC scripts based on user persona, product features, UGC trends, and KOL styles to boost conversions. Analyze performance data to understand success factors and continuously improve script quality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably with experience in English-speaking markets.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret conversion metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) to assess KOL and script performance.
Cultural Insight: In-depth understanding of American culture, particularly Gen-Z preferences. Experience studying or living in the U.S. is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying UGC requirements clearly and negotiating effectively with KOLs.
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong reading and writing skills.
