Information Technology Manager

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading Personal Care Product Manufacturer seeking a Information Technology Manager.

The role of IT Manager will spearhead and oversee all IT projects and initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Lead the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data, and voice communications activities for all business entities.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic IT and operational plans aligned with the organization's needs.
• Ensure the availability of all critical systems 24/7 and serve as a single point of contact for internal applications, networks, hardware, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Establish business continuity plans, including disaster recovery, in collaboration with other leaders.
• Assist in systems backup and recovery procedures and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.
• Manage complex IT projects and migration from on-premise server architecture to hybrid or cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring readiness for a successful go-live and supporting post-go-live activities.

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Strategic mindset with proven IT project management skills.
