Information Technology Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure and ensure alignment between IT systems and business objectives. This hands-on IT leader will oversee daily operations and drive technology initiatives that promote growth and efficiency across the organization. Ideally brings 5-10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Planning:

• Design and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Assess and recommend new technologies to improve the current IT environment.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including software updates, network enhancements, and system integrations.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the maintenance, upgrades, and security of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Ensure robust data security, network access, and reliable backup solutions.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware and software, from procurement to decommissioning.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and SLA management.
• Select and evaluate IT vendors and products that align with company requirements.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery:

• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Regularly test and update these plans to ensure they are effective.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection, and privacy laws.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company assets and data.

User Support & Training:

• Oversee IT helpdesk operations to ensure quick and effective resolution of user issues.
• Provide training and resources to employees to optimize their use of technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in the CPG industry or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Kandji and Allwhere is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management and services.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of network and server management, cybersecurity practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and other business software used in the CPG industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
