Position Summary:

This position is responsible for management of the PC support helpdesk staff and its daily operation, including maintaining advertised support hours and oversight of the workflow for support issue resolution. Assists with the process of remote office location technology setup and deployment. Stays abreast of the latest desktop support technologies and work with management to deliver a beyond expectations customer service experience.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

One must be able to perform the essential functions of the job; which include, but are not limited to the following (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

  • Project Management (new acquisitions/divestitures, hardware/software rollouts)
  • Utilizes the Help Desk ticketing system to manage daily workflow.
  • Escalates unsolved problems to IT leadership.
  • Reports weekly service desk ticket statistics to management.
  • Prioritizes and executes tasks as instructed by management
  • Administers helpdesk system change management, documents and runs help reporting for submittal to management.
  • Coordinates weekly new hire IT Orientation sessions and development of content for said meetings.
  • Evaluates helpdesk tickets in order to determine trends and escalation paths.
  • Maintains technology supply inventory to include but not be limited desktop computers Laptops, peripherals and consumables.
  • Communicates with customers to ensure issue resolution.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Education and/or Experience:

  • Possesses at lease a 4 year college-degree
  • 7+ years of relevant Management experience is required

  • Must possess strengths in verbal and written communications; ability to adapt communications/presentations and deliver clear and concise reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Requires the ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems.
  • Requires the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Requires ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period.
  • Requires ability to model and describe leadership (integrity, drive, courage, and initiative) in personal and professional experiences.
  • Requires strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function autonomously as well as part of a team when required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured corporate environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace
  • Experience in the Real Estate/Hospitality industry a plus
  • Ability to travel to locations in/around the Continental US


Technology:

  • Highly proficient in project management-building plan as well as execution
  • Highly Proficient in Windows 11 Operating System
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • SharePoint Online operations & solutions development
  • Knowledge of computer networking including firewalls & VPN
  • Working knowledge of printer/copier hardware
  • Working knowledge of AV technologies
