The Information Technology Operator will be responsible for providing assistance to credit union associates in a Help Desk capacity. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues encountered by users. Assign or claim IT tickets promptly to address any technology related issues.
User Support Be the go-to expert for all things tech! Provide assistance with core software, online/mobile banking, and PC software/hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
ATM Support Keep our ATMs running smoothly by monitoring systems, coordinating with staff and vendors, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Remote Branch Support Configure and deliver essential equipment to our branches, ensuring seamless operations across all locations.
Business Continuity Maintain and update equipment for business continuity and disaster recovery testing, ensuring we’re always prepared.
Ticket Management Collaborate with the IT team to follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Administrative Duties Conduct audits for internal systems and assist in updating the IT procedure manual. Create new procedures as needed.
Other Duties Take on additional tasks as assigned by the IT Operations Supervisor, contributing to our team’s success.
Education/Experience A related degree from a technical college or two+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Problem-Solving Skills Ability to tackle practical problems and interpret various instructions.
Physical Demands Regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally. A valid driver's license and transportation are required.
