Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology System Administrator at Ciprian IT in Charlotte, NC. The System Administrator will be responsible for system and network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and overall management of information technology systems.


Qualifications

  • System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise
  • Knowledge in Information Technology
  • Working in the MSP environment a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
