Currently recruiting an Injection Molding Process Technician for a Tier 1 Automotive organization.
The Process Technician will be able to establish, implement and maintain process parameters to ensure daily production and new product schedules are met.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain all process parameters.
Maintain process requirements for new product.
Develop and implement training / upgrade schedule for mold technicians.
Maintain technical information and support between production facilities.
Develop and maintain customer / supplier quality and material requirements for current and new product processes.
Set-up and implement extended product processes.
Assist in new fixture and tooling implementation.
Work closely with Process Engineer
Complete assigned paperwork as required.
Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience working within the Injection Molding industry
Technical degree or equivalent work experience
