Job Description:

This position supports the PV sales managers and their customer accounts from new customer set up through project order execution. The Inside Sales Specialist supports the management of PV customers for their assigned sales team members on a day-to-day basis, tasks including, but not limited to; (i) customer communication such as, onboarding new customers, proposal responses, providing general Sungrow and product information, and responding to customer request; (ii) communication and collaboration with other internal departments, (iii) CRM tool and other software data entry, (iv) Sales administrative support, (v) data management of customer and project documents and (vi) coordinates and communicates closely with marketing to support conferences and trade shows which their assigned sales managers attend. The Inside Sales Specialist will report to the PV Manager of Contracts Management and Inside Sales.

Requirements / Competencies

· Can-do attitude and ability to provide excellent and timely customer support

· Self-starter, strong initiatives, proactive and work well on a team

· Ability to multitasks, prioritizing with strong initiatives in achieving goals

· Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks on-time

· Minimum three years’ experience with inside sales or similar position

· Experience in solar preferred

· Great understanding of the entire sales and project execution process preferred

· Excellent communication skills needed for customer-facing and internal-facing interaction

· Ability to manage project bidding packages and proposals for large RFPs

  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders, including affiliates, to provide CRM management support. Experience with SAP C4 Hana, DocuSign, Teams, and SharePoint are a plus
  • Ability to use Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Work Location, Status and Travel

· Full time, Remote

· Travel will be required from time to time, up to 20%
