- Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
- Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
- Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred;
- Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
- At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
Our competitive Instructional Coach salaries range from $44,000 - $57,200. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Compensation Range: $44,000 - $57,200 Annual
