Position Summary
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver engaging online and classroom training programs. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and e-Learning technologies will play a crucial role in enhancing our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize learning needs through thorough analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
Design and develop high-quality, interactive training content for various delivery methods, including online, classroom, and blended learning.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Create effective assessments and supplemental learning tools to evaluate learning outcomes and enhance training effectiveness.
Conduct virtual train-the-trainer sessions as needed to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
Evaluate existing training programs and recommend enhancements to continuously improve learning experiences.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience with learning authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Skills: Strong project management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and superior interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive virtual environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
Full-time, with a competitive salary based on experience ($65,000-$70,000 annually).
