As an Independent Insurance Agency, we have access to Insurance Carriers like Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, Safeco, Wright Flood, Chubb, Lighthouse and many more.

Kathye built her agency by listening to the needs of each person who walked through her door, or called on the phone. Today, we help our clients in person, by phone, via Email, via Text messaging, and virtually via Zoom and other digital venues. Together, Kathye, Jim, Sonia, Lyn, Saul, and Barbara form a team that’s dedicated to doing the right thing for our Clients.

Job Summary:

This position will handle inside sales and service of personal lines insurance products. The position will forcus on creating and presenting quotes, closing sales, handling customer requests, and policy changes. All leads are provided by the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating and quoting with different companies to find the best company and fit for the client
• Meeting sales production goals
• Servicing client requests & policy changes
• Informing and educating clients about policy coverages

Requirements:

• TX Property & Casualty License
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and agency management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented
• Positive Attitude

Education/Experience:

• 2 years of relevant insurance experience
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
