Valencia & Torres Law, a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeks a highly motivated intake specialist to join our firm in Doral, Florida. The Intake Specialist will be a direct point of contact for new clients. They provide great customer service and have a clear phone presence. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, professional, and has a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Sales experience (a plus)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors
• Legal (Personal Injury): 1 year (Required)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Intake specialist will be responsible for signing up new clients
• Conduct phone consultations with new clients
• Collect client information and perform data entry into case management software
• Open insurance claims on behalf of the clients
• Coordinate appointments between clients and medical providers
• ensure all case intake legal documents are processed and signed
• Assist new clients with property damage
• Update clients verbally on their case status as needed
• Resolve problems and handle client's issues in a professional manner
