$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

IW Group is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency looking for an Integrated Producer to execute experiential and digital campaigns. We excel in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including TV, digital, experiential, and social advertising. Our team is dedicated to delivering impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth.


Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced and innovative Integrated Producer (with an emphasis on Experiential and Digital) to join our award-winning production team and help drive best-in-class digital and experiential executions from concept to delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Own multifaceted end-to-end digital/experiential production, in collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, clients, and talent.
  • Ensure all technical, financial, logistical, and legal requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build and elevate stakeholder relationships, production designs, tools, and workflows to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership; stay up-to-date on new technologies, trends, and platforms.
  • Travel for on the ground activation, pre-production, industry events, and learning
  • opportunities (30-40%), demonstrating interpersonal leadership.
  • Exhibit excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Develop and vet pitch ideas, supporting the agency’s new business and internal
  • production efforts.
  • Be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking
  • in a fast-paced, demanding environment.


Experiences:

  • 5 years of experience in an experiential/activation production role or similar, preferably in an agency setting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on production experience with digital tools such as Figma, Webflow, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with A/V production & equipment is a plus.
  • Experience with productivity and communication software (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Wrike,
  • MS Office, and Google suites).
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, common challenges, and best practices.
  • A strategic mindset and curiosity to understand the client's business, marketing
  • objectives, and our AAPI/multicultural target audience.
  • Excellent organization, budget tracking, and timekeeping skills.
  • A desire to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
