About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual for the Integrated Producer role within MediaMonks. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of various campaigns including the production of various digital assets. Your primary focus will be managing the team within MediaMonks to produce the work as well as the client-facing lead. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, with a natural aptitude for collaboration.

This position plays a key role in driving Media.Monks' End-to-End proposition on behalf of our clients - from Strategy and Creative Ideation to Production and Delivery all under one roof, in the best interest of our business and our client relationship health. This role is responsible for executing set Production Strategies done by Executive Producers, producing integrated campaigns within a client’s budget and timing within our Production Capabilities wherever possible. It is imperative that this individual has a great understanding of creative deliverables across a multitude of mediums (digital and social videos, animation, still photography, radio, etc). They must be driven, proactive and able to operate autonomously, demonstrating the ability to creatively problem solve and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Media.Monks.

This role reports up to an Integrated Executive Producer and sits within our Pool Model, which is a single structure of cross-capability integrated producers able to work across all clients. It is designed to staff efficiently through a responsible headcount as well as a resource at speed, casting producer talent that fits the needs of each production. Through purposeful producer casting, our Integrated Producers have an opportunity to shape their path as a producer through a variety of clients and production disciplines. They are encouraged to stretch their skillsets in a truly integrated environment. The ideal candidate will be someone that can bring creative visions to life while elevating the work through close collaboration with the Creative, Production Capability and Client teams.

In addition to the primary responsibility we have to drive production opportunities into our own Production Capabilities, the Producer should have the ability to manage external production partners to bring the best production solutions forward for our clients when necessary, in collaboration w/their Executive Producer. The Integrated Producer is responsible for maintaining regular communication and meetings on a project level that ensure consistent connection and collaboration between Business Affairs/Legal and our client teams. The Integrated Producer should be able to problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner. They should be able to effectively manage multiple productions in parallel when necessary, as well as utilize and guide Associate Producers support when provided. Familiarity with the daily ebb and flow of an agency structure along with a deep knowledge of Media.Monks Production Capabilities and Hubs, experienced in aligning and orchestrating distributed teams is imperative.

Responsibilities


  • Execute set Production Strategies that guide the creative development phase and lead to concepts and ideas that are both feasible from a client timing/budget perspective and also executable within our Production Capabilities.
  • Operate within established ways of working and processes between Production and client teams.
  • Executes the pre-bid process consisting of timeline, ballpark costs, and potential production capabilities in alignment with strategic and creative vision of a project.
  • Upon Client pre-bid approval, executes treatment and bid phase in collaboration with Production Capability producer.
  • Facilitates production estimate creation in partnership with Business Affairs and Executive Producer.
  • Able to manage Production Consultant or Procurement partners to assure all client processes and all approvals are properly secured.
  • Day-to-day partners with Business Affairs for all talent and asset management needs.
  • Client team’s executional lead in key areas of each production - shoots and post production - to manage internal teams and our clients through various approval stages.
  • Orchestrates project wraps with business affairs and finance
  • Produce innovative, and meaningful work - at the highest craft levels.


About You

The essentials:


  • 2-3+ years as an integrated producer at an advertising agency or production company.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to apply critical and strategic thinking.
  • Quick learner, driven to succeed with an ability to motivate and collaborate with people globally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools for tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Experienced managing small to medium sized production budgets, at times simultaneously.
  • Independent and proactive, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
  • Hands-on experience producing high-end work and a deep understanding of the creative process.
  • Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate.
  • Able to quickly understand new technology concepts.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident.
  • A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator.

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$75,000—$85,000 USD
