Key Responsibilities


Design and Visualization: Dive into the creation of design concepts, schematic drawings, and 3D models for projects spanning various market sectors. Your eye for detail and creativity will be crucial in shaping the future of our architectural endeavors.

Project Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with senior architects and project managers, gathering project requirements, conducting site analyses, and truly understanding client needs. Your input will help steer our projects towards success.

Presentation Excellence: Craft compelling presentation materials, including stunning renderings, diagrams, and visualizations. These will be instrumental in communicating our design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Interdisciplinary Coordination: Partner with engineers, consultants, and contractors to seamlessly integrate technical requirements, ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also feasible.

Technical Precision: Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Your work will adhere to the highest standards and protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist in the meticulous coordination of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and construction details, ensuring everything aligns with building codes and industry standards.

Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of architectural trends, technologies, and best practices. Your research on materials, products, and building systems will support sustainable design decisions and drive innovation.

Field Engagement: Participate in site visits and inspections during construction phases. Your presence will help address field issues and ensure quality assurance.

Administrative Support: Help organize project files, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain project documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient project management.


Qualifications


• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.

• 3-5 years of architectural design experience, with a portfolio that showcases your involvement in a variety of project types including new multi-family, hotel, or mixed-use projects.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software.

• Exceptional graphic and visualization skills, enabling you to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.

• A solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, making you a valuable team player.

• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards across various project types and locations.
