Intermediate Architect

Join our clients architecture office, where innovation meets execution and collaboration is key.

They are currently seeking intermediate to senior level architects or designers to join their collaborative team. As part of the team, you'll work closely with firm principals, contributing to projects from initial concept through to realization.

Your role will involve developing progress studies, bid and filing drawings, and crafting design materials for client presentations. The creative workflow spans various mediums, from sketching and parametric design to digital modeling, rendering, and physical prototyping.

With strong design skills and a unique perspective, my client values curiosity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently, lead the internal team when needed and coordinate with external consultants.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

To qualify, you should hold a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 6-10 years of post-graduate experience.

While licensure is not mandatory, it is preferred or alternatively a willingness to pursue or already be pursing licensure.

Familiarity with project processes, especially NYC Department of Building Filing, is essential.
