Internship Details:Internship will begin in the Summer of 2024. Internship will be located in the Conway, AR office. 20-29 hours minimum during regular semesters and up to 40 hours during summer and school breaks. Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - May 2026. Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status). Responsibilities:Manage the data entry of executed contracts and other information into a legal contract repository. Provide backup support for data entry processes related to receipt and assignment of legal contract requests from the business using Salesforce. Assist with legal projects which may include partnership and collaboration with other internal Acxiom teams and/or external clients. Manage automated delivery and execution of client and partner non-disclosure agreements and, when necessary, managing the drafting and execution of non-automated non-disclosure agreements. Assist in completing client, partner and vendor credentialing requests received from the business.

Conduct contract research to identify key terms for inclusion in a legal contract repository. Assist with overflow in the centralized intake for consumer opt-outs, deletions (erasures) and data subject requests. Assist with organization and management of contract template repository. Basic Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Law, a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills Good people skills and ease in communicating with individuals. Demonstrated characteristics: proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible. Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
