The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Risk Advisory & Assurance Services (RAAS) team in Lehi, Utah. As a member of RAAS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SOX Finance Compliance initiatives and Audit & Advisory projects at Adobe. What You'll Do
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Risk Advisory & Assurance Services (RAAS) team in Lehi, Utah. As a member of RAAS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SOX Finance Compliance initiatives and Audit & Advisory projects at Adobe. What You'll Do
- Participate in activities to support SOX compliance, including understanding SOX processes, conducting walkthroughs, and testing the effectiveness of processes and controls.
- Conduct innovative audit and advisory projects to assess financial, technology, and operational risk management.
- Develop a detailed understanding of business processes, identifying control gaps and opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Ensure accurate identification and resolution of internal control issues, analyzing root causes and working with management to implement solutions.
- Create detailed and logical work papers in the RAAS audit management tool, documenting tests and conclusions.
- Interact with audit clients, providing advice on risks and controls and supporting the implementation of solutions.
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 5%).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in the field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Financial Audit/Technology/Attestation/Enterprise Risk Services, preferably in a Big Four firm or large global public company internal audit or Finance environment.
- Professional certification CPA preferred. MBA, CIA, CMA, CISA, and/or CFE a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in SOX 404 documentation and testing, financial auditing, and technology and operational auditing.
- Experience in evaluating technical areas and conducting fraud reviews is a plus.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
