Channel Impact is hiring a Communication Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our client's HR organization to develop their communication & marketing strategies.


The ideal candidate has strong marketing skills and has worked for a high-tech company. We are looking for a go-getter who loves digital marketing and preparing strategic communications and is a self-starter that thrives in a fast- paced environment.


This role is a full time, benefited opportunity for a remote worker in the US or Canada.


What you will do:

  • Experienced in change management communications and content strategy
  • Lead the efforts to create effective marketing strategies, inclusive of the communication plan, for the initiatives you're aligned to
  • Define and execute the external and internal communications strategy and workflow (e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
  • Craft internal and external communication content for digital marketing & communication deliverables for targeted audiences
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the client's internal marketing staff to ensure consistency in messaging across content mediums
  • Partner with digitalization & design teams for content development, revisions, printing, and production requirements
  • Develop, organize and implement compelling, relevant communications and marketing action plans that will engage the target addressable market (TAM)
  • Research, analyze, write, review and edit articles, media updates, copy, digital content, newsletters, and others for print and digital platforms
  • Track data on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Drive ongoing process improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines


What you bring:

  • 5 - 7 years of communications & writing experience for a high tech company (Required)
  • HR experience (Strong plus)
  • Thoughtful, critical thinker
  • Organized with the ability to plan, prioritize and complete work within agreed timeline
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service, super positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Microsoft Office 365, with strong experience in & comfort with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Monday.com
  • Proficiency using Webex Meetings and Teams
  • BA or BS
