Matrix Providers is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional services to Military Service Members and their families in San Diego, CA. This position offers a full-time, independent contractor role with a competitive compensation structure.

Status: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
Compensation: $190.67 per hour
Incentives:
$500 for completing the application and submitting onboarding documents within 48-72 hours.
Potential Sign-On/Relocation incentive available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
Qualifications
To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S. or Canada.
Accreditation from recognized bodies is required.
Certification:
Board-eligible or board certified as specified in the task order (TO).
Training:
Successful completion of an internship and residency program accredited by recognized authorities.
At least one year of supervised experience in a clinical setting post-graduation from a medical program.
Experience:
Demonstrated clinical competency within the past two years.
Licensure:
A current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license.
Core Responsibilities
The Role Involves a Range Of Essential Duties Including
Performing a variety of physician services as permitted by military treatment facility (MTF) privileges.
Directing, performing, or assisting in the instruction of other health professionals within the clinical scope.
Examining, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing courses of treatment in alignment with training and privileges.
Providing preventive care and health maintenance, including conducting annual physicals and offering education on positive health behaviors and self-care skills.
Ordering diagnostic tests and facilitating consultations or referrals with appropriate healthcare resources as needed.
