DivIHN Integration, Inc. is seeking services from experienced professionals to help us with technical assessment and provide feedback on the technical expertise for the person being assessed.
We are currently looking for people with extensive experience on the following technologies.
Position Description - Interviewer/Technical Assessor who can perform technical screening over video calls and provide detailed feedback and conclude if the person interviewed is good to be hired.
Responsibilities

DivIHN Integration, Inc. is seeking services from experienced professionals to help us with technical assessment and provide feedback on the technical expertise for the person being assessed.
We are currently looking for people with extensive experience on the following technologies.
- IBM AIX Server Migration Expert
- The client currently runs multiple PERL applications on a Legacy AIX server
- Organization has identified material security issues with the legacy AIX server and
- The PERL-based applications will need to be migrated to the new AIX server to meet security
- Strong AIX and PERL skills will be required to perform this migration.
- The client wants a project team assembled to complete the migration to the new AIX server.
- Migration framework already exists.
- Primary need is project staff with requisite skills to do the work (strong AIX and PERL)
- This activity is tied to the Mercator/ITX upgrade as they will use the same templates
- Define specific scope and security requirements
- Validate activities and security model
- Create plan
- Migrate, test and deploy secure PERL scripts on new server
Position Description - Interviewer/Technical Assessor who can perform technical screening over video calls and provide detailed feedback and conclude if the person interviewed is good to be hired.
Responsibilities
- Assessing candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and experience based on job requirements.
- Conducting interviews to gauge candidates problem-solving abilities (if technical), and domain expertise.
- Developing interview questions and scenarios that accurately evaluate candidate’s qualifications.
- Rate the applicant based on standard rating practices for the skills to be assessed.
- Highlight and identify candidate’s technical expertise, communication skills and behavioral aspects.
- Ensuring that the feedback is shared with the coordinator within the stipulated time frame.
- Every screening will be scheduled for 30 minutes
- An advance notice of at-least 24 hours will be provided.
- Interviews will be schedules between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
