Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities : Collaborate with management to ensure efficient warehouse organization and operations. Assist in optimizing product placement to enhance workflow efficiency. Maintain inventory levels by replenishing stock as needed. Analyze inventory movement patterns to identify slow-moving items and propose solutions. Facilitate onboarding and training of new inventory team members. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure correct labeling and storage of items. Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proficient in accurate inventory counting methods. Familiarity with basic computer software such as Excel and Google Docs. Strong problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies. Experience with inventory management systems preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities.
