I'm currently working with a high growth Private Equity Firm seeking an Investment Analyst to join their organization. This position is open due to growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting and evaluation of potential search partners

• Participate in the assessment and structuring of investment opportunities sourced by the searchers by critically evaluating the merits and risks of the investment through the development of financial metrics, models, and sensitivities.

• Review and analyze potential investment opportunities alongside the company's investment professionals and searchers

• Preparation and presentation of investment committee memos for formal acquisition approval, with a focus on objectively assessing the merits and risks of each individual investment opportunity.

• Work closely with the investment professionals to monitor and oversee portfolio company performance, implement strategic growth initiatives, and execute operational improvements

• Conduct market research to support the searcher’s potential investment ideas and opportunities.

• Independent production of presentations, proposals, external marketing materials, and internal analyses, with the ability to distill large, complex datasets and concepts in a concise and comprehensible manner.

• Lead and manage collection and review of due diligence processes and documents and maintain communication with all relevant stakeholders involved.
