We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join the Healthcare IT team in either our Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA or our New York, NY office. Read more about our Healthcare Investment Banking group
Our Analysts Work Closely With Senior Bankers To Make a Real Impact On Our Clients' Businesses Through Involvement In All Facets Of Investment Banking Activities Including Equity And Debt Offerings, Valuations, Private Placements, Mergers And Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts And Strategic Advisory Work. On a Day-to-day Basis Our Analysts

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year.Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.

- Create financial models
- Conduct financial valuations
- Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research
- Interact with clients and senior bankers
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Investment Banking or transaction-related financial experience
- Open to candidates coming from accounting, valuation or transaction services firms
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
- Previous experience or training in financial modeling and/or data analysis
