Our client, an Elite Boutique in New York City, are looking to hire an M&A Investment Banking Analyst to join their team.
Salary Band - $100,000 - $150,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Analysts are responsible for developing and reviewing financial and valuation models, drafting presentations, managing due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and buyer/seller groups, and researching industry trends, companies and M&A counterparties
The Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day execution of M&A and capital raising client engagements, management of analysts, and the creation and review of marketing materials and financial models
Qualifications
1-3 years of full time investment banking experience
Excellent financial and data analysis skills
Critical/strategic thinking capability
Strong financial modelling skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Team player, strong ability to collaborate and deliver solution-based results
Outstanding quantitative and technical skills
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive work habits
BA/ BS degree
