We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst with a specific focus on client relations to join our boutique capital raising advisory firm. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services across our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active engagement.
  • Clearly communicate the onboarding timeline, deliverables, and expectations to the client.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all communications including updates, calls, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Project Management:

  • Take full ownership of the client’s journey, coordinating with internal teams (such as investor relations, legal, and compliance) to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Monitor the progress of each client’s case, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them.
  • Ensure that all departments are held accountable for their responsibilities, aligning internal efforts with client expectations.


Client Updates and Communication:

  • Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, using both email and scheduled calls.
  • Provide clear, concise reports and updates that reflect the current status of their capital raising efforts.


Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the client engagement.
  • Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to find solutions that satisfy all parties.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising processes, or investment management (a plus but can be learned on the job).
