Overview

The Investor Relations team is looking for an experienced finance professional that is motivated to solve problems and use new technologies to power business success. We are looking for candidates that can drive a variety of Crocs initiatives to new heights in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture, which encourages you to wear many shoes! As a Financial Analyst at Crocs, you will work closely across finance, our business teams, and external parties to support the development and deployment of technical solutions that help the business more effectively and efficiently engage customers.

What You'll Do

  • Investor Relations (50%)
    • Analyze internal and external forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide an aggregated view of expectations and implications for stock price and investor and analysts' perceptions.
    • Monitor analyst and peer estimates, consensus estimates, sell-side research, and market-related trends impacting valuation and perception.
    • Support the development of an annual schedule of conferences and non-deal road shows (NDR’s).
    • Ensure up-to-date and accurate management of our Investor Relations website and maintain our CRM platform with all meetings and calls conducted, including scheduling and maintaining investor related activities.
  • Competitive Intelligence (50%):
    • Lead industry trend analysis and competitive intelligence with strong and proactive deadline management without compromising quality.
    • Analyze financial and nonfinancial data to identify trends and/or indicators, provide insights, and make recommendations to business teams on items that could potentially impact the company's competitive position and/or financial performance.
    • Stay informed on relevant macro and sector news flow and trends; monitor and communicate internally about competitive information.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Finance certification(s) is preferred
  • 2+ years financial analytics experience, including investor relations, public equity analysis, private equity investing, investment banking, or transaction services
  • Prior experience in client facing role is preferred
  • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, SEC and securities laws, economic principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
  • Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills with affinity for quantitative modeling
  • Excellent communication skills, nonverbal, verbal, and written, with peers, senior management, and business partners including in times of discussion with multiple opinions
  • Self-starter with can do demeanor, including a strong personal drive and an ability to work independently in multiple environments/cultures and get things done
  • Skills to work collaboratively on a team; be an advocate for improvement/change
  • An ability to quickly and accurately deliver in ambiguity
  • Excellent attention to details, robust organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain secure and confidential information

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
